      First time using your service dept for 20,000 mi check-up. Great service. Waited longer than planned - told 1 hr. waited almost 2 hrs which resulted in canceling another appt. In spite of this, will return thanks to shuttle service, 2 shuttle drivers, and overall courtesy and customer service of all staff. Superior is a good name.

     A few weeks ago the hood release control lever on my wife's Toyota RAV4 fell apart. Nothing was broken. It was not obvious to me how to reassemble it. I brought it over to the dealership and they were able to fix it, no charge.This was very much appreciated. A point towards selling the next car!
